Place an Order in Tabula

Tabula is a user friendly tool with great support

  1. We will send you a link to connect you with our Tabula Platform

  2. Go into your Tabula Portal. 

  3. Select your Activity - Granule, or Liquid Spreading

  4. Select the Paddock(s) or part paddocks you would like fertiliser applied to

  5. Select the product and type in the application rate or total fertiliser to be sptread over the area

  6. If Necessary, write any notes to our drivers to give them any specific details

  7. Check the details and click submit - Its that Easy!

When we're spreading

  1. You will get a notification on your phone to say we're on your property and again when we leave. 

  2. TracMap has a live screen in each of our vehicles leading our driver to the paddock, reducing the risk of the driver spreading the wrong paddock.

Once the Job is Completed

  1. Our driver completes the job, then Tabula sends the job back to our office, any information is checked and a proof of placement report is generated

  2. You'll receive an email to say your job is completed with the proof of placement map. The report also contains the product and application rate. 

  3. You can log into Tabula at any time to see:

    1. your completed jobs, they will  also be emailed with your invoice. 

    2. In the Map tab, you can see how much of each nutrient you have applied to each paddock in a specified time frame. 

  1. Fert Solutions pays for Tabula so there is no charge to our clients for using it.

  2. We will work with you to upload your shapefile farm map and ensure all the paddocks are accurate and named. If you haven't got a shapefile, we can draw it into Tabula. (There is a small charge for our time to draw maps)

  3. Tabula has an app that you can enter jobs from, let us know if you would like to use it and we'll link you up

  4. We can also enter jobs from Tabula so if you've forgotten to put in an order or in a rush, send Ricky a text and we can put the job in for you.

  5. If you already use another system where you're like to order from or have your proof of placement sent Tabula Links to:

    • Ravensdown's Hawke Eye

    • Farm IQ

    • Please note there may be a charge to farmers for use of these systems that is not covered by Fert Solutions.
